The Site is intended for professional use by contractors, structural engineers, project managers, and other construction industry professionals. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any computer systems, or in any way that disrupts the normal operation of the Site.
All product specifications, load tables, technical drawings, and calculations published on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. While MEVA makes every effort to ensure accuracy, specifications are subject to change without notice. Structural use of any MEVA system must be based on the certified documentation supplied with product shipments and project-specific engineering calculations prepared or reviewed by a qualified professional engineer. MEVA accepts no liability for use of Site content as the sole basis for structural design.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, CAD drawings, BIM data, and software — is the property of MEVA Formwork Systems GmbH or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may download and print content for personal, non-commercial professional use, provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Site content without the express written permission of MEVA is prohibited.
Formwork rental and purchase transactions are governed by MEVA's Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply, a copy of which is provided with each formal quotation. In the event of conflict between these general Terms of Service and MEVA's Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply, the latter shall prevail for commercial transactions. Quotations provided via this Site are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by MEVA.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEVA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if MEVA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MEVA's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
