Founded in Haiterbach, Germany in 1970, MEVA has grown from a regional forming specialist into a global technology leader — without ever losing sight of the engineers and contractors who depend on our systems every day.

MEVA was founded on a single conviction: that concrete forming should be a precision engineering discipline, not a compromise between cost and quality. Over five decades, that philosophy has produced patented panel systems, proprietary frame geometries, and a global engineering support network that no other forming supplier can match.

Today, MEVA operates manufacturing plants in Germany and distributes through owned depots and authorised partners across 70 countries. Our R&D team in Haiterbach continues to develop the forming systems that will define concrete construction for the next generation.

Five Decades of Milestones

1970

MEVA Founded

Established in Haiterbach, Baden-Württemberg by formwork engineers committed to advancing concrete technology beyond timber and standard metal decking.

1983

First Panel Patent

MEVA patents the integrated tie-rod waler channel — the innovation that enables the Mammut system's class-leading load capacity without sacrificing panel weight.

1995

International Expansion

MEVA opens its first international depots in France and the United Kingdom, establishing the global rental model that now spans 5 continents.

2003

SKE Climbing System Launch

The SKE self-climbing system launches — enabling 200-metre-plus concrete core construction without continuous crane dependency. Immediately adopted on major European tower projects.

2011

GASS Column System

Launch of the GASS universal column formwork — adjustable from 150 mm to 1,000 mm without special components, transforming column economics for repetitive floor construction.

2018

Digital Engineering Platform

MEVA Engineering Portal goes live — providing contractors direct access to load tables, CAD panel layouts, BIM components, and on-demand technical consultation.

2022

18,000th Project Milestone

MEVA completes its 18,000th registered project — the Lusail Stadium in Qatar — with 6,800 m² of radius-curved formwork for the World Cup venue's grandstand structure.
